As an environmental scientist hailing from Melbourne, I was eager to explore the innovative use of bush ingredients and wild game in the dishes offered.The restaurant's ambiance under the desert sky added a unique charm to the dining experience. From sampling barramundi steak cooked to perfection on the BBQ to attending enlightening bush food cooking demonstrations, the dining options at Voyages Ayers Rock Resort cater to every taste and budget.
